Illustration
During my time working on freelance and personal projects I have completed a variety of illustration work. Utilizing tools that range from an iPad Pro with Procreate, Illustrator, Photoshop, and even a piece of paper with a Bic pen, illustration has always provided me with a different type of outlet to flex my creativity and push me out of my comfort zone.
Fire Island Threads
Fire Island Threads is an Etsy seller, who asked me to create a few designs that reflected the Fire Island experience. She mentioned the iconic red wagon and also the presence of white-tail deer on the island. Working in Illustrator, I came up with these two illustrations to be used as sweatshirts, hoodies, quarter zips, and stickers. Both designs have received very positive feedback on her store.
Stickers
I have always had an affinity for stickers as a great way to affordably share and collect art. Here is a collection of some of my favorite designs I’ve created.
Groomsmen Disc
A close friend and avid disc golfer wanted to have custom discs made for all the groomsmen in his wedding. He provided me with a sketch of his idea based on the One Ring from Lord of the Rings, and working in Illustrator I crafted the one disc to rule them all!
Magic: The Gathering Tokens
I was commissioned by someone at my local card shop to make a series of tokens for the popular card game, Magic: The Gathering. He wanted cards that were clean, simple, and stood out among the standard token cards being used by players.

I decided to design black and white tokens where each illustration was completed in a single line without lifting my pen. I used Procreate on iPad and once the illustrations were done, I finalized the card design in Illustrator, and printed them on card stock bound to an additional piece of card stock in order to provide comparable thickness to that of an official card.
